It is Zero Waste Week so we have launched: Mugshare! Because sustainable living complements sustainable health.

We don’t hand out free bottled water anymore! We do better ; )  Help yourselves to fresh filtered water at our office – from a mug or glass. We have teamed up with My Coffee Stop up the road so that after drinking water with us you can then take the mug up to them – they will fill it with your favourite coffee at a 20p discount. Don’t worry, we collect the mug later.

• More than 38.5 million plastic bottles are used in the UK every DAY!
• Around 70 million Coffee cups are thrown away each day in the UK. They are NOT recyclable because they usually have a thin plastic lining.
• People don’t tend to drink enough water. Soft drinks don’t count!
